Good Morning ROCO Fitness fam! After almost 5 years as the best gym in Roane County, we have made the decision to take a step back to focus on family and other business ventures. We have loved being a staple in our community and will continue to do so in every capacity that God allows us to. The gym is not closing! Our phenomenal kickboxing coach Dominic Daquilla is the new owner and we are so pumped for the AMAZING next chapter for him and the gym! Today we honor those that gave the ultimate sacrifice for us to live freely. Our thoughts are with the countless families and friends who are missing loved ones, may they never be forgotten.

APPRECIATION POST! Today marks 2 years since we became ROCO Fitness. We have come such a long way, and it's in part to our ROCO Fam! We are so blessed to have such an amazing crew that believe in our gym and our community. Can't wait to see what this next year has in store for ROCO Fitness!

Who loves Puppies? We sure do!! Roane County Animal Shelter has Puppies galore right now! Stop by and give one of these sweet babies a furever home. Adoptions are still only $25!!

These two handsome boys are our ROCO Fitness Pets of the Week! Rusty is a young Husky, with the prettiest bicolor eyes! He also knows quite a few commands such as sit, shake, and lay.
Buster is an 8 month old Collie mix who loves attention. He may be shy at first, but the second you get him out to play he is a ball of energy! Did I mention his adoption is already sponsored?!
