Here is your weekly workout schedule if you want to spend some time with us getting stronger, more flexible or learning some dance moves.

Mon 10:00 RR senior ctr (circuit)
Tues 9:00 lkwd Y (dance)
10:00 lkwd Y (circuit)
Wed 10:30 RR senior ctr(circuit)
9:00 lkwd Y (circuit)
10:00 lkwd Y (stretch/stability)
Thurs 10:00 RR Rec Pool
Fri. 9:00 RR Sr ctr (dance)
10:00 RR sr ctr (circuit)

Max attendance allowed is 40 per class. Right now, RR sr ctr is handing out numbers no earlier than 15 min before the beginning of class. This is for safety reasons as we seem to have outgrown the space. Know that there is much more space available at the Y on Wednesdays so adjust your travel and you’ll get one of us😊 Message us with questions. We’re also available for paid personal consultations.

Hi gang.... it's been awhile. But the game is still the same. With New Year's resolutions in full swing, what did you promise yourself? Resolutions aren't always about more steps and giving up the food you love. Make your resolution about finding balance with everything. Work, fun, drinks, food, exercise. Too much of anything is not good. My resolution is to NOT obsess about things I have no control over (this is a tough one for me). I've lost enough weight as I shockingly have little to no interest any longer in alcohol (you can thank a full knee replacement for that). Let Cindy and me know how we can help get you where you want to be. Share your inspiration and ideas.
