Responsible for assisting in the installation, assembling, maintenance, and repair of equipment. This includes loading equipment for deliveries and service calls (may be expected to drive box truck).

Must be able to operate basic tools and lift objects of 100+ lbs. Must be able to multitask, prioritize time, analyze problems and strategize for solutions, be flexible and able to multitask, have strict attention to detail.

Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) superior product knowledge and helping customers with any questions, the ability to demonstrate and explain product use, greeting and directing customers, maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the showrooms, operating financial transactions with QuickBooks software. May be expected to lift and move 50+ lb objects.

Commissions in addition to [currently unknown] base salary.

Our business is looking to hire an Office Manager to be responsible for the general operation of our office. Duties will involve greeting customers and answering incoming phone calls, purchasing product and supplies and taking proper inventory, handling taxes, bills, and financial affairs between both customers and equipment providers, producing reports, composing correspondence, and maintaining well-organized record keeping.

All financial affairs are managed with QuickBooks accounting software. Prior experience is preferred, but not necessary.
