Spend a quiet evening on the yoga mat this Sunday, April 19th from 6 - 7:30pm at BE Pilates Rocky River Mat Studio.
Spots are still available for this Warm Restorative Yoga Workshop! Reserve your spot on Mindbody or by calling the front desk: 216-227-9710.
Join yoga instructor Colleen for a yin and restorative practice that will help you ground yourself in the moment and take rest. The studio will be heated to a warm (not hot) temperature to support relaxation. Colleen will pour you some warm tea to usher you home.
Beginner friendly, 90 minutes.
