One of the biggest benefits of being part of a club is that your player isnβt developing in isolation. ππ‘ππ²βπ«π π©ππ«π π¨π π π₯ππ«π ππ« π¬π²π¬πππ¦, π°π’ππ‘ ππ¨πππ‘ππ¬ ππ§π ππ’π«ππππ¨π«π¬ π°π¨π«π€π’π§π ππ¨π πππ‘ππ« ππ¨π°ππ«π ππ‘π π¬ππ¦π π π¨ππ₯π¬.
Every coach brings their own personality and style, while working within a club-wide development framework that gives them direction, resources, and support.
Thatβs why youβll see Technical Director Tony, and our Directors on the field with different teams throughout the season. Theyβre working with coaches, getting to know players, and helping reinforce our training standards across the club.
We want every player to have a clear development pathway, no matter which team theyβre on or who their coach is.
But remember! With a complex game like soccer, development takes time (years). There are hundreds of concepts to learn. And just like school, players learn them one subject at a time, one grade at a time.
