Happy National Coaches Day to the absolute BEST crew! ❤️💙

I am so incredibly thankful for each and every one of our coaches.

You show up for our members every single day. Inside and outside of the gym! You celebrate their wins, encourage them through the hard days, push them when they need it, and remind them that they’re capable of more than they think.

I appreciate the way y’all show up for me and for each other.

This crew is solid. You step in, help out, support one another, and genuinely care about the people who walk through our doors. Dual Cities wouldn’t be what it is without every single one of you.

I’m proud of the coaching team we’ve built, but even more thankful for the people behind the word “coach.”

🔥 WHO’S READY FOR THE WORLD’S TOUGHEST MILE?! 🔥

Tomorrow morning we’re taking it outside!

The World’s Toughest Mile:

400m Burpee Broad Jumps
400m Walking Lunges
400m Bear Crawl
400m Run

Sounds terrible. Should be fun. 😂

And you don’t have to do it alone! Grab a partner, split up the work, modify what you need to, or take on the whole thing yourself. The goal is to get outside, challenge yourself, and have some fun with your DC crew.

Stick around for DC Family Field Day immediately after. We’ll have some old-school field day fun, friendly competition, and probably a little ridiculousness mixed in.
