The Thunder Mountain Challenge is capped at just 75 runners for its debut year.
This is not a flat, fast road race. This is Thunder Mountain.
You’ll descend Thunder Mountain on Bridal Cave road, hit a short gravel section near the bottom, turn around, and climb back up. Then you’ll do it again.
The Bridal 5Kave takes on three down-and-ups. The 3-Hour and 6-Hour Challenges are built around one question: How many climbs do you have in you?
Power hiking skills are a must. Grit is required.

Local businesses: Lake of the Ozarks Endurance Runs is entering its ninth year, and we’re currently accepting community sponsors for the 2027 race.
