Late on some post but want to recognize some of our girls in achievements and participation in other areas besides softball or basketball.

First, we want to say how proud we are of Miss Claira Allen and Miss Blakely Ramsey as they participated in RCS homecoming. Both girls represent our Thunder basketball team with pride! 🩵🧡🏀

Pitching on 🔥🔥🔥

09/20/2026

Proud of these young ladies. In recent weeks we have been competing hard but finding ourselves just short of the championship.

Yesterday the drought ended!! Our girls fought the heat, played hard together and came out victorious.

Defense was STRONG. Giving up 0 runs in pool play and only 2 on the entire day.

Multiple girls, making plays all over the field today. From pop flys caught in the outfield, rally throws home saving runs, pick off plays and routine ground balls.

All that and we still haven’t mentioned our pitching. Which again was on 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Paisley Evans, Greer Banks and Sydney Tipton stayed under control, facing a combined 54 batters giving up only 13 hits, 5 walks, 15 strikeouts with 4 of them looking.

Four MVPs on the Day: Paisley Evans (Game 1), Greer Banks (Game 2), Marley Solomon (Game 3) and Jayleigh Steffey (Championship MVP)

Special thanks to Sara Tipton and Amanda Benton Hall for coaching our girls while Coach Daniel is still out from eye surgery and Coach Josh wasn’t able to attend.
