Coach Ott has clients from all ages and fitness levels from the person who has never worked out to high level performance and levels of Fitness. Fitness programing background included; Fat Loss, Strength and Conditioning, Mobility and Stability, Bodybuilding, Powerlifting, Agility, (Athletics including), Marathon runners, Triathletes, Golf Fitness, Tennis, Football, Basketball, Baseball, Soccer, Gymnastics, Volleyball, Lacrosse and focus on the Strength, Power, and speed required for these sports. Brad has a playful and caring relationship with his clients, considering them not only good friends, but family.
