It is with a heavy heart that we must announce the closing of Seismic by the end of the month.

We would like to personally thank all of you who showed up, worked hard, and spoke highly of our program for 11 1/2 years in business. Some of you may know that this started as a dream in a garage in Penngrove. And while the years have certainly been a roller-coaster, we'd prefer to celebrate everything we managed to accomplish along the way. We hope that in the future, you'll look back at your time at Seismic with fond nostalgia.

Our last workout will be the CrossFit Total on Saturday the 23rd at 10am. We'll be pairing it with a potluck! All are welcome to come celebrate the end of an era!
