*Weekly food prepping can help you count your calories/track your macros. I found these fabulous Bento boxes measured out to 2 cup & 1 cup compartments {at Kohl’s} to help me get on track early in the week & stay on track as my life gets busy.
*And listen - you don’t have reheat in these affordable plastic containers, but having your meals pre measured makes it quicker and easier to dump onto a glass plate to warm! 😉

Want a quick, healthy lunch you can throw together in minutes?
1 1/3 cups shredded chicken breast (leftover) + 1/3 of an avocado + about a teaspoon of fresh homemade salsa (less sodium & additives if it’s fresh) + 5-7 crushed tortilla chips on top.
All for less than 500 calories ☺️

Lunch is my favorite meal of the day! Post-workout, pre-afternoon rush. A whole bunch of greens + lots of veggies + healthy {avocado} fat + protein + oil & balsamic. Delicious! Food is Fuel 💪
