We have a blood drive coming up at the studio a week from today! All donors will receive a $15 e-gift card from the Red Cross! There is a sign up link in our bio to save a life!

This morning was so special. We paused to honor and remember the lives of 12 men and women who bravely died defending our freedom while moving through a yin sequence. This was a very difficult class to lead especially since some of the heroes that lost their lives are closer to my son's age than mine now. Thank you all so much to those who showed up this morning to cry, remember and honor with me. Now, go enjoy your day and the freedom these folks died to protect ❤️

Hey everyone! We are really trying to establish The Winebrary as a bookstore and in order to do that, it feels right to separate our yoga studio from our bookstore on social media.
