Every day is an opportunity to get better.

Being intentional means you don't just show up — you show up with a purpose.

In training, that means:
Don't just complete the rep. Own the rep.
Don't just go through practice. Learn from it.
Don't just get through the day. Get better from it.

FRF Leadership Lesson: ADAPTABILITY

School is starting. New teachers. New classes. New teammates. New expectations. New challenges.

Things won't always go according to plan — and that's okay.

Adaptability means learning to adjust without lowering your standards.
You can't always control what happens, but you can control how you respond.

This week, we're challenging our athletes to:
Stay calm when things change.
Focus on what they can control.
Find solutions instead of making excuses.
Learn from mistakes.
Adjust and keep moving forward.

Youth Athlete Classes — $15/class

Ready to get stronger, improve your fitness, and challenge yourself in a fun, high-energy group environment?

Jayme’s Bootcamp combines strength training, cardio, functional movement, core work, and conditioning through engaging circuit-style workouts.

Every workout can be modified or progressed for your fitness level — whether you're just getting started or ready to take your training to the next level.

Your $160 program includes:
- 8 coached workouts
- Initial & final InBody assessments
- Weekly workout focus

Hey Football Families!! This weekend is our big registration day! If you have signed up online don’t forget you still need to come join us at the Rolla Middle School Saturday anytime from 9-12 to complete registration and get your gear. We will start the season next Monday the 24th with our Combine. The Combine will run kids through skill drills so coaches can divide the teams up evenly. Only 3rd and 4th graders need to report Monday and Tuesday and only 5th and 6th graders need to report Wednesday and Thursday. We will not practice Friday the 28th or Monday the 31st. ALL athletes will meet at the track Tuesday, September 1st to find out their teams and for coaches to do a parent meeting that will outline the rest of the season. We are so excited to get this season started!!

Thank you to everyone who made today a great registration day! The turnout was amazing. If you missed it or your best friend missed it don’t fear just show up to the combine and we will take care of you. Remember if you are missing equipment show up in what you got on we are ordering more! We have posted a general calendar to make the next couple weeks easier to navigate. You will notice that in a few weeks there is only one practice listed that is because once teams are formed your coach will make a more individual schedule. See everyone this week for combine!!
