MID-AM DRIVERS, TEAMS & FAMILIES YOU’RE INVITED!

As we close out the 2026 racing season, I want to personally invite every driver, crew member, family member, and supporter of the Mid-Am Racing Series to join us for our 2026 Awards Banquet!

This night is about so much more than trophies, points, and finishing positions. It’s about the people who make this series what it is.

Every driver who strapped into a race car, every crew member who turned a wrench, every family member who stood behind their racer, and every person who supported this series throughout the season played a part in making 2026 special.

Racing brings us together through competition, but it’s the friendships, memories, respect, and love for this sport that keep us connected.

Our banquet is an opportunity to put the competition aside for an evening, celebrate everyone’s accomplishments, share some laughs, and enjoy being together as one racing family.

The start of the Oktoberfest Race Weekend Mid-Am Racing Series 25 lap feature as seen on Track TV

Sometimes the Most Special Moments in Racing Happen on the Other Side of the Fence.

Saturday night at LaCrosse Speedway, our Mid-Am Racing Series drivers gave everyone plenty to cheer about!

But take a moment and watch the lower left corner of this video.

That’s Sarah, Cameron’s mom, standing in front of the Jumbotron, cheering her son on.

While the cameras were capturing all the excitement on the racetrack, one of them happened to capture something just as special.

A mother’s love, pride, and excitement as she watched her son do something he loves.

I had the opportunity to watch Sarah cheering Saturday night, and I can tell you, it brought tears to my eyes.

We talk so much about the drivers, the competition, and the checkered flags. But behind every driver is a support system that rides every lap right along with them.

Sarah probably had no idea one of the cameras was capturing this moment, but I’m so glad it did!

Because sometimes the heart of racing isn’t found on the racetrack. It’s found in the people standing on the other side of the fence.
