We offer sound program design and proper workout progression for athletes of all levels and ages, as well as basic nutritional counsel. Our goal is to have a functional/athletic approach to everything you do in everyday life.

This meaning that every movement has a purpose. We will teach you the most logical and updated ways to work out, sometimes without using a single machine. Sometimes injuries happen in the very weight rooms that we go to just because we don't know the proper techniques to use or don't know exactly what to do. We are here to try to prevent all of those injuries but also try to strengthen the body and prevent injuries while we are on the court, field, park, or just simply in your everyday life. We want to teach you proper technique and form before ever adding resistance. We believe that after that we can graduate and progress from there and make something better out of something that is already so wonderful! The human body is the best machine ever created and we will do all we can to train your body to perform the correct movement patterns. No matter what age you are, we all share similar movement patterns. For example pushing, pulling, hinging, squatting, etc. My staff and I will be more than happy to hear from you and to help you reach your desired goal, no matter to what level you want that to be. Youth training with Richard Hendricks! Starting December 21, 9&10 AM classes will be available for youth athletes. Classes will be $20 per athlete.
