Sorry for the inconvenience but we have been made aware that the machine is not dispensing water. Ice still is available. We hope to have it fixed ASAP.

From all of us here at Umpqua Water & Ice, thank you for a great first year. We love to hear how the convenience and quality of our water and ice is serving Douglas County. After a year of experience and crunching numbers, we have decided to move prices to $.50 for a gallon of water and $3 for ice. This price will allow us to continue to operate and afford you with the convenience of drive-up filling. We hope your holidays are filled with family, friends, and great memories!

FIXED!! Water will now dispense at its normal pressure. Thanks for your patience while we waited for parts.

We have been notified of an issue with the water dispenser. Parts have been ordered and we hope to have it back in service soon. Ice is still available it’s just the water that is out of service. Sorry for the inconvenience.
