👉This FREE class is open to all current and past members as well as the community!
👉No prior experience necessary! General fitness knowledge is helpful.
👉This will be a fun group and/or partner workout!

Hello Athletes!!!
We are hosting Friday Night Lights again tomorrow 2/24/2023 at 6:00pm. Come join us and lets do Open Workout 23.2 together.
We will have judges available to score if you are registered. You do not have to be signed up in the Open to complete the workout. Suffering is always wwwaaayyy better with friends.
