Well I think it is time to show this page some love! While fitness has been one of my passions, after giving birth to my 2 girls my body and hormones have had a mind of their own. I'm finally seeing some improvement and everything is balancing out more so I am hopeful to drop some more lbs and continue to show my journey. There are always going to be ups and downs but what matters is you keep going!

It is time to really buckle down and get my pre-baby body back. I'm not gonna wait till tomorrow it starts now!

It's all about balance! You don't always have to have a perfect diet but have a balanced one. If you tell yourself you can't have something you will want it more. So make your favorite food into healthy ones or use portion control and in the end you will be a happier healthy person.
