Great opportunity to move your body and make new friends! As a Personal Trainer and Silver Sneakers Certified Instructor, I am thrilled to be leading the Low Impact Fitness Class. Come join us - all fitness levels welcome. The cold, dreary months can be a bit of a drag, so why not boost your mood and move your body with likeminded folks! See below for all the details!
“Parks and Recreation is continuing to offer older adults an opportunity to socialize while improving flexibility and mobility in an indoor setting. Participants will meet to warm up with stretching, followed by light exercise, including resistance band training, and walking.
All equipment is provided. Bring water and wear comfortable clothing and good walking shoes/sneakers. No pre-registration, no commitments, drop in when you can.
Join us Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:00am inside the gymnasium at the Boys & Girls Club (1144 NE Cedar St.). Please arrive a little early to sign in and get ready.
Cost is $2.00 each class; cash only.
