We have the following two part-time positions:
23 hours a week:
Friday 9 am – 5 pm
Saturday 9 am – 5 pm
Sunday 9 am – 4 pm
20 hours a week:
Tuesday 7:45 am to 1:30 pm
Wednesday 7:45 am to 4:15 pm
Thursday 7:45 am to 1:30 pm
Douglas Resident Training Facilities is looking for a responsible, caring, and compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team. The ideal job candidate will be highly dependable and have a passion for helping those with physical and/or mental disabilities live a more fulfilled and happy life. Working with our clients, in group home settings, you will tend to them accordingly with the goal of fostering a positive, encouraging environment. Enrich the lives of our clients, and build skills by assisting with daily life skills and activities such as going to the movies, fishing, concerts, bowling, daily living skills, etc.
You must be able to pass UA and a criminal background check.
Both are provided by the company.
You must be 18 years of age or older.
You must have a high school diploma/GED.
Have an Oregon driver's license with a good driving record.
Starting pay $21.00 per hour. No experience necessary and company paid training!
