Stopped at a local mobile BBQ called Part Timers. Very clean an friendly place. Wade took time to explain the menu and sauces. That can be bought locally at some stores. I'll get the names soon to go buy an try. We ordered a new burrito the made up today. Fabulous flavors in every bite. Look out for some more related times an locations on FB an instant gram as we join teams to help this brand get there name out there on the new race car. Will be up dated as we get things rolling

This weight lose journey is no joke. Cost a little money to eat healthy and learn this all over again. But I can't wait to hit these goals. Target weight 250. Thanks to everyone that has my back on this at 48 it's not easy. You got to want it so back to living the training lifestyle again.
