Build speed, skills, and confidence through elite coaching, compete at a high level, and become part of a sisterhood that empowers young athletes to lead and succeed.

The Community College of Baltimore County is offering free access to its pools this summer, providing community members with designated swim hours at the Catonsville, Dundalk and Essex campuses.

The Rosedale Recreation Council has been serving the Rosedale community and surrounding areas since the early 1950s. As a nonprofit organization, our mission has always been to provide quality recreational, athletic, educational, and community-based programs for residents of all ages.

Over the years, many programs have grown, evolved, or branched off to other recreation councils. As a result, not everyone realizes that the Rosedale Recreation Council is still here, working to serve our community and create opportunities for local families.

We want our neighbors to know that you don’t have to leave your community to find quality recreation opportunities. From youth sports and fitness programs to community events and new activities, we’re committed to building programs that meet the needs and interests of our residents.

And if there’s a program you’d like to see that doesn’t currently exist, let’s work together to build it right here in Rosedale. Strong communities are built by the people who live in them, and we welcome volunteers, coaches, instructors, partners, and community members who want to make a difference.

Whether you’ve been involved for years or are just learning about us, we invite you to reconnect with your community recreation council and help us continue a tradition that has been serving Rosedale families for generations.
