It’s Take-charge Thursday! I’m excited to be a part of Black History in the making. As a female, black business owner of a niche fitness business during a 2-year global pandemic (that’s a mouthful), I am grateful, humbled and blessed to have the doors of @barrevolutiontimonium still open and operating. The pandemic hit just 7-months after taking over as owner of Barrevolution. Talk about new business owner woes… The past 2-years have been the hardest in my life, and I’m still standing… actually soaring! It’s is all by God’s grace, the love and support of our community, members, clients and team that I am still here. I do not take this opportunity lightly, as this business, industry and lifestyle can be heartbreaking, cold and cruel. Oh, but the benefits and rewards for me outweigh the trials and sacrifices. It is my honor to serve in helping you create your best self, physically, mentally and emotionally. It is my purpose, my passion and my plan, so long as the Lord allows.
