🏆 HONORED & APPRECIATED 🏆
What an honor to be recognized by Silver Waves Media as one of the Top 100 AAU/Grassroots Directors in Northern California for 2026. 🙏🏾🏀
This recognition means more than a title. It represents 7 years of work, dedication, sacrifice, leadership, and commitment to developing young athletes and creating opportunities for the next generation.
I’m truly grateful to everyone who has been part of the StartIIFinish journey — our athletes, families, coaches, supporters, and everyone who has believed in the vision.
7 years down & 14 years Coaching Experience From Our Director… and we’re just getting started. 💯
Our philosophy has always been simple:
“WE DON’T START THINGS AND DON’T FINISH.”
We’re building something meant to last — not just for a season, but for the long haul of life. The goal is to continue building leaders, impacting families, growing the game, and creating a legacy that will outlive us.
🙏🏾 Thank you, Silver Waves Media, for the recognition and appreciation.
STARTIIFINISH — 7 YEARS STRONG.
THE LEGACY CONTINUES. 🏀🖤💛
