We are keeping our first responders, firefighters, and everyone impacted by the current situation in L.A. in our thoughts and prayers. Letโs unite and do our part to help. Whether youโre cradled in an aerial silk or resting comfortably on your mat, this session promises a rejuvenating start to the year.
