Lots of feelings today 💕 I’ve said it a thousand times and I’ll say it a thousand more - I am so so thankful to each and every one of you! To everyone that came to my last 3 classes today, it means the world to me.

You’re darn-tootin’ right that was the smile I gave after our 6am GRIT strength class this morning 🤣😂🤪🫠 Proud of ALL of our members and I’m going to say that yes, I’m extra proud right now for our 5am Warriors!

I’m not sure you guys understood just how much us instructors need ALL OF YOU too! Knowing that you guys are showing up?… Well, we better make darn sure that WE’RE also going to show up and give you guys our all! Never perfect, but always striving to be better than we were yesterday. All of us 💪🏼

Sitting here after a very accomplished morning full of awesome classes and members & I just feel so honored to be doing this.

Choosing to open this Studio was 💯 a mission driven by my passion for health (mostly mental health!) and so that others could feel HAPPIER. Even if you’re already happy (yay!), you can even be happppier 🥰

I’m not perfect nor have I ever claimed to be. I make mistakes. I wear my heart on my sleeve. I’m a bit of a control freak & perfectionist.

And (not but) I am authentic, hard working and I stand by my beliefs & values. Like minded people will gather here, and hopefully stay awhile. My place might not be a good fit for everyone though and THAT’S 💯 OKAY too 💪🏼

Believe that you CAN be happier, more fit, healthier, more confident, more whatever you want. Then unapologetically go after it! 🥳
