t to worry! ;) I am a nationally registered EMT and First Aid/CPR certified. Isn't that just convenient? All you have to do is show up to the party, move your body, follow my lead...and the rest is history! You'll want to bring a towel, water, and comfy work out clothes :)

A little more about me! I am 25 years old and was born in Yorktown, VA. I graduated with my BA in 2012 from UC Berkeley (GO BEARS!) where I double majored in Public Health and Psychology. My favorite dessert is Rose and Nutella gelato! I'll be attending a program to become a Physician Assistant next year. I hope I never stop dancing! Zumba has allowed me to empower others by spreading the idea that health and fitness don't have to be monotonous and painful!
