As they say, age is only a number. Weight is also secondary to mobility in our gym. If you don't have the mobility for a movement we will modify the movement until you can. Lots of hard work put in by leading up to hitting a PR on her Clean & Jerk @ 70lbs.

Front rack mobility is what a lot of people struggle with. All the progression and mobility work has paid off for everyone this week. Had a few folks able to hang onto hook grip from start to finish for the first time. Hard work and consistency is paying off.

Big congrats to this superstar for earning his CFL1 certificate. He’s been with our fit family for many years and finally pulled the trigger. He already holds a NASM CPT cert and has a lot of higher education kinesiology and fitness. He’s a great addition to our coaching staff. Let’s give this guy a round of applause for his dedication and hard work. 👏 👏
