With this crazy 🔥 HOT 🔥Sacramento weather lately, it's super important to stay hydrated! ➡️Here is some quick tips on how you can stay hydrated in hot weather:
✅ Start hydrating right away throughout the day. (drinking large amounts of water at once can cause hyponatremia or water toxicity)
✅ Keep a water bottle handy during the day so you can take frequent sips while at work or exercising.
✅ Chose electrolyte-replacing drinks for maximum water absorption. ( coconut water is my fav😍)
✅Snack on fresh fruits like berries, watermelon, peaches and nectarines
✅ Urine check: you will know if you are hydrated or not by the color of your urine...the clearer the better👌
