We are NOT trying to simply fill another roster.
We are building the RIGHT ROSTER.
That means finding players with a passion for baseball who want to TRAIN, DEVELOP, COMPETE, AND DRAMATICALLY IMPROVE — along with families who understand the expectations, commitment, accountability, communication, and standards of the Force Ohio program.

At 9/10U, we believe development is CRITICAL.
Wins are great. Trophies are great. But at this age, we believe preparing players for what comes NEXT is far more important.
We want to teach these players:
⚾ The language of baseball
⚾ Proper body movements
⚾ Fielding fundamentals
⚾ Hitting & bunting
⚾ Pitching
⚾ Catching
⚾ Baserunning
⚾ Throwing mechanics
⚡ Speed, agility & athletic performance
🧠 Mental mindset
🔥 And most importantly — HOW TO COMPETE
This team will compete in a SELECT-level league and SILVER SELECT-level tournaments, but everything we do will be built around one objective:
MAKE EACH PLAYER SIGNIFICANTLY BETTER.
And we’re not just talking about development.

💰 PAID HEAD COACH STIPEND — $3,000
The Head Coach will be backed by the Force Ohio training structure, facility, programming, resources, and experienced coaching staff.
Force Ohio is housed at TOCA Toledo, one of Northwest Ohio’s premier indoor sports facilities, and our staff includes former collegiate players, high school coaches, and experienced travel baseball coaches.
