As a professional coach, success coach and transformation coach the one thing growth-oriented men and women need to be AWARE of is their “internal dialogue” due to their “internal critic”. This harsh self-talk is a killer for true, sustainable success.
Awareness is the first step which needs to be combined with “thought stoppage” and “thought substitution”. The simplest way to accomplish this thought substitution is via listening to positive affirmations. These span a broad spectrum based on your belief system from New Age affirmations that manifest from the universe to Christian Biblical affirmations that appeal to faith in God. Start with the search bar on YouTube and listen to a voice and style based on your values and beliefs. Change your thoughts and change you life!!!

We just had an epic, like, really EPIC trip to Arizona (see itinerary) where Gregg Dickson and I hiked over 50 miles, rode horseback 18 miles and banged around on desert roads in our 4X4 Tacoma🌵🏜️⛰️. For example, one stretch of rock, cactus and snow was so treacherous and strenuous that it took us ALL DAY to climb only 4 miles with a full backpack. That night we camped in snow at over 5,000 feet at the base of Superstition Mountain⛰️🌵🏜️.

I recently returned from presenting the “Restoration of the Heart Workshop” in Redwood City, CA, to the SF Bay Fellowship last weekend and in two weeks I present the “Restoration of the Heart Workshop” in Kathmandu, Nepal, on October 15🏔🏔🏔🏔🏔.
