Christin absolutely crushed this challenge! Not only the challenge but she has truly persevered through her own challenges since joining, battling health issues, but still continued to show up each week and give it her all. Progress is not always linear, but consistency is always key. Even on the days you don’t feel like showing up. Your future self will thank you.
Throughout the last month, she tracked her food and hit her protein goals EVERYDAY! That is no easy task. Increased her training from 3 to 4x per week, and increased her step count.
Since joining Empower she has lost 50lb and lost 48 inches overall 💪 and she is not stopping there!
The purpose of this challenge was to step out of your comfort zone, and show up for yourself consistently ( even on the hard days) and she did just that! Proud of you Christin!

absolutely crushed our 6 week challenge. This challenge entailed:
🔹 Strength Workouts: 3x/ week
🔹 Walking 30-60mins/ day
🔹Following meal plan or tracking macros
Angie did everything we asked, tracked her food every single day, going above and beyond by walking 60mins daily (10k steps), and not missing a beat in her workouts. The daily walks are also HUGE for stress relief and mental health 🫶🏼
This was truly an eye opening challenge for her, by learning to properly track food and what a proper serving size actually looks like. You don’t have to completely avoid the foods you love, that’s the beauty of tracking. You can make the foods you love fit into your macros. Moderation is key!
She lost ~9-10lb and is down 8.5inches overall. Way to go!!!
