I’m gonna scream if someone else says that muscle weighs more than fat 😂That’s just not a logical statement. Trainers, I know what you are trying to get across, but please stop telling your clients this “big lie.”
WHY: because your clients are thinking that they are not losing fat, only because they are building muscle!
Working out is a reward, not a punishment ladies! Make your body do what it do. You don’t need bodybuilder legs, just legs that you are proud of!
