It's that time again!!!

Little Yogis infamous Trunk or Treat and Haunted Studio!

And don't forget the kids have their Ghosted Bash right afterwards, where they ghost the parents and have blast without us. And we can sneak off and eat their candy! (Register separately for the Ghosted Bash. It's from 6 to 10- LINK IN COMMENT.)

Different countries. Different cultures. Different languages. Different walks of life. One beautiful thing in common: **our humanity.**

To all the new yogis we met at Hillside Elementary’s International Day, what a beautiful reminder of what yoga truly means.

The word *yoga* comes from the Sanskrit root *yuj*, meaning to yoke, join, or unite.

And isn't that the extraordinary thing about being human? We can come from opposite corners of the world, carry entirely different stories, speak languages the other doesn't understand, and still find connection in a smile, a breath, a little movement, or a moment of laughter.

Unity isn't about erasing our differences. It's about discovering how beautifully we belong together because of them.

Thank you, Hillside Elementary, for celebrating the many cultures that make our world so wonderfully interesting. We loved meeting our newest little yogis!

This class is really upbeat... lots of movement, balance, creating space for more flexibility and range of motion. We play, try new variations, we toss modesty and embarrassment out the window... this class is suppose to heat up the body well through flow and technique, with a sweet mixture of vinyasa and yin. And then we conclude with some thoughtful original, guided meditations. Some days I need gentle...but Wednesdays I need a second wind of power!

We’re celebrating 10 YEARS of The Little Yogis Program and 6 YEARS of The LY Studio with a FREE community fitness night at the Town Green!

Our yogis can wear their Little Yogis shirts or PINK and meet us at 6:30 PM. Yoga begins at 7:00 PM and ends at 7:30 PM.

And yes, I added prizes because apparently I cannot host a simple event without turning it into a tiny spectacle. 😂

Our Prenatal Yoga Pop-Up was sensational... a little room to move, breathe, laugh, soften, connect with baby and remember that you are still in there too.
No yoga experience. No pressure to perform pregnancy beautifully. 😂

Just thoughtful movement, good conversation, and a moment to actually enjoy the body doing this wildly intelligent thing.

Parents… disappear for a few hours.
We’ve got the kids. 😈

Friday, October 17 | 6–10 PM
The LY Studio is turning spooky, silly, loud, creative, and just chaotic enough to be excellent.

Expect:
🎃 Halloween games + challenges
🕷️ Music + dancing
👻 Crafts + creepy creativity
🍕 Food + treats
🧟 Games, movement + ridiculousness
🎬 A little Halloween movie downtime
🖤 And four glorious hours where nobody asks YOU for a snack.

$45 per child

Costumes encouraged.
Good behavior strongly preferred. 😂
Fun is non-negotiable.

Drop the kids off. Go eat dinner. Sit in your car in complete silence. Stare at a wall. Have a date. We support all forms of parental freedom.

Apparently LY2K Camp has entered its music video era. 🎬💿✨

A bunch of kids, one Avril Lavigne song, entirely too much personality, and absolutely no hesitation once the camera started rolling. 😂

They planned it.
They performed it.
They gave us early-2000s drama with the confidence of a sold-out world tour.

No stage needed. Just imagination, friendship, music, and a reason to be gloriously silly.

He was a sk8er boi… and the campers said, “Perfect. Roll camera.” 🎤🖤

The Little Yogis Studio is bringing families, local businesses, creative trunks, costumes, candy, and good old-fashioned community together for our Annual Trunk or Treat!

Come dressed fabulously, strangely, sweetly or as whatever your child demanded five minutes before leaving the house. 👻
