Here is the workout of the day for your young wrestler :

Part 1}
12 min AMRAP
(As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes)

1 wall walk
2 push up
4 plank jacks
8 mountain climbers
16 jump rope (or jumping jacks if you don't have one)

-2 min rest-

Part 2}
4 min low plank challenge.
Every time you have to break, do a burpee.

Spread the word 🗣 It’s wresting season

Welcome to the 2021-2022 Roswell Jr Hornet Wrestling season!

Our program is for elementary and middle school boys and girls ages 7-14 . No experience is necessary.

Practices are Mondays and Thursdays from 6:15pm-7:45pm. Our first practice will take place Monday, Nov. 1, 2021. We will be practicing in our brand new wrestling facility located on the Roswell High School campus. The wrestling room is behind the school on the lower level between the tennis courts and auxiliary gym.

Please wear comfortable athletic shorts and a tshirt. Wrestling shoes will be needed, we do have a few loaner pairs but sizes are limited. Make sure to bring water bottle.

We will have provide parents with fees, schedules and registration information at the first practice.

We are actively looking for volunteers to assist with our program. No wrestling experience is necessary.
