CDSF 8-WEEK HIGH SCHOOL WINTER PITCHING CAMP
Get ready for high school tryouts with a plan.
Getting ready for the spring season takes more than picking up a baseball and throwing off a mound. After time away from competitive pitching, your arm and body need to be prepared to handle the demands of the season.
At CDSF, our 8-Week Winter Pitching Camp is designed to help high school pitchers build a foundation for the spring through a structured return to throwing, progressive workload, and intentional preparation for the mound.
There’s no single drill or throwing program that makes a pitcher successful. Long-term development comes from building the right habits, improving movement quality, developing arm strength, and preparing your body to handle the demands of pitching.
Our focus is on helping pitchers:
Build a foundation: Develop the strength and physical qualities needed to support pitching performance.
Return to throwing progressively: Follow a structured progression rather than rushing back into high-intensity throwing.
Prepare for the demands of the season: Gradually build throwing workload and intensity with spring competition in mind.
Improve consistency and confidence: Put in the work to feel prepared when it’s time to compete.
Prioritize long-term development: Approach pitching with a focus on performance, durability, and staying healthy throughout the season.
