🏋️‍♂️ Meet Announcement: 2026 ADK Series I 🏋️‍♀️

📅 On Sunday, August 23rd, we’ll be hosting our first sanctioned competition of 2026 at our Round Lake location!

This meet will consist of two sessions, each capped at 15 lifters. Awards will be given to the top three lifters in each session, determined by Sinclair. 🏆

⚠️ Exact session times are subject to change once the final start list has been determined.

Last but certainly not least in our 2026 ADK Regionals Athlete Recaps is Brett Andrus! 🔥

Brett () had an outstanding performance, going 5 for 6 and setting two new state records in the clean & jerk on his second and third attempts! He finished the day with a gold medal in his weight class and was named the second overall Masters lifter! 🏆💪

Miles () had an outstanding performance at ADK Regionals, and it was his FIRST weightlifting meet! 🔥

Miles had a perfect 6 for 6 day, hitting PRs in the sn**ch, clean & jerk, and total! He also brought home a bronze medal! 🥉💪
