Schedule Update!!
Struggling with pressure points? Trouble Getting in your own head? Join us for our Mental Game Mastery Clinic, a unique 3-hour experience designed to help competitive players develop the mental skills needed to perform at their best, under pressure. These clinics feature special guest, Genna Ellinwood, a former college tennis player and current Sport and Performance Psychology Doctoral Student, who will teach practical strategies to help players stay composed, confident and resilient during match play. Session 1 takes place Saturday, July 25th and Session 2 will be held Saturday, August 15th. Both sessions will run from 6-9 pm and will include a warm-up, lecture, guided point play to apply skills/strategies and will conclude with a debriefing.
