Imagine competing at the Olympics for a communist country... then defecting for freedom, starting over in America with nothing, and going on to become an absolute LEGEND who was STILL setting world records at age 82?!

This 5'7" Hungarian beast:

- Took silver at World Championships twice in the 1960s (pressing 145kg, snatching 127.5kg, C&J 165kg – totals over 437kg in middleweight)

- Competed in TWO Olympics (6th place both times)

- Defected in 1965, coached U.S. Olympians, and DOMINATED Masters lifting: 25x U.S. National Champ, 22x World Masters Champ, over 100 WORLD RECORDS

- Lifted competitively for OVER 60 YEARS... and won World Masters titles into his 80s

All while staying humble and teaching the secrets of high-frequency, speed-focused training that built explosive power without burnout.

This guy's life story is pure inspiration. From Iron Curtain escapee to "Grand Master Weightlifter of the Century."

Who is this ageless warrior? Full epic story in comments
