Dear Facebook, Instagram, Meta, after being on your platform for over 20 years on the personal side and having this business profile for over 10 years, you have decided that I .glouchkova (on FB) and (on IG) is under age and disabled my personal and business accounts. no warnings no nothing and after I provided a copy of my driver's license to prove my age your response was to tell me my profiles are permanently disabled. Needless to say, this has been an unpleasant weekend and I spent hours navigating your poorly designed AI support sections. I have submitted whatever forms I could find, but honestly, this shouldn't be that difficult. If your AI tools are not able to determine that a person with posting history of 20+ years is not under age, you may need to invest more funds into your language model.

Center Pointe Pilates hosted OPAL Movement Therapy’s Dr. Morgan Rodriguez as she led us in a nerve glide mobility seminar this afternoon. 15 students eager to learn about their bodies and better movement patterns. It was wonderful having so many clients participate and come together for an AMAZING class. Thank you Dr. Morgan for your knowledge, enthusiasm and warmth. We LOVED it!

Happy Birthday to US! From opening in 2015, surviving three "floods" - one that really took the studio down to the studs in 2021, new equipment, a bridge certification for myself last year, a remodel-expansion, more new equipment and added team members whom I adore - it's been a great 11 years! This little man was a perfect student last night. His mom and I commented about how a lot of Pilates movements are “baby movements”. I think Joe (baby) agrees!

NEW Beginner Equipment Series!!!

This beginner series introduces students to the fundamentals of Pilates using the Pilates equipment in a small group setting. Students will become familiar with the Principles of Pilates while using the Reformers, Towers and Chairs; progressing as a group.

6 sessions - $180.
This series will meet on Mondays at 5:30pm on following days: May 4, 11 and 18th and June 8, 15 and 22.
