Pilates Queen of the Day, Ansley! On this rainy day, Ansley attended her 100th class at the studio. Ansley is a ray of sunshine and always brings a positive attitude to every class. Not only that, but she also works incredibly hard during class and isn't afraid to laugh at herself. Looking forward to seeing what she accomplishes next!

Pilates King of the Day, Mark! Time has flown by and Mark hit his 200th class today. Mark has become an integral part of his regular class crew weekly. He works hard and plays even harder, always bringing some levity to class discussions. Looking forward to more fun times to come!

Pilates Queen of the Day, Pam! She is hitting another milestone at 200 classes this week, just shy of one year in the studio. What an amazing accomplishment. Pam shows up for every class ready to put her all into the work. This is evident in the strength she has gained.

Pilates Queen of the Day, Mary! Mary reached her 100th class on Saturday. The smile says it all! Mary always comes to class ready to work hard and have fun. She has attended the studio regularly for over a year and has steadily gained strength since starting. So thankful for her presence in class. Looking forward to seeing what she accomplishes next!

Pilates Queen of the Day, Judy! Judy hit her 100th class today! Though Judy may be a bit late at times, she is the life of the Pilates class party. She keeps her Saturday morning crew on their toes with her silly insights and jokes. She can turn any exercise into something funny. For example, the infamous "potty plank".

Humor aside, Judy is a hard worker, and her strength has grown since starting at the studio. Looking forward to seeing what she does next!

Pilates Queen of the Day, Leda! She's at it again, hitting another milestone! Leda has attended classes weekly without fail for the past 2+ years. The hard work shows in the progress she has made. She brings energy and dedication to everything she does. Looking forward to seeing what she accomplishes next!

Pilates Queen of the Day, Deb! So excited to celebrate this milestone with Deb. Deb joined the studio last spring and consistently attends sessions 6 days per week. She is one of the hardest workers and is always up for a new challenge. She is so kind to everyone she meets! Thankful for her presence each week.

We had a fun filled day at our 2nd annual Puppies and Pilates event on Saturday! This sweet litter of puppies was full of antics! They played for almost a full 3 hours straight during our classes. We are so thankful to the Austin Humane Society for bringing the puppy love! All of these cuties are currently for adoption if interested!

Pilates Queen of the Day, Shannon! After over a year of hard work, Shannon hit her 100th class today. Shannon has demonstrated such a transformation in her strength and body awareness since starting at the studio. Shannon has a hilarious sense of humor and is a wealth of pop culture knowledge, especially of the 90's variety. She always adds the most interesting facts to class conversations. So thankful for her presence each week and looking forward to seeing what she accomplishes next!

Pilates Queen of the Day, Danielle! Danielle reached her 100th class this morning. She is such a joy to have as part of the studio community. She attends every class with a big smile on her face and is always ready to work hard. She has become so much stronger in her Pilates practice since starting at the studio. Thankful for her light and presence every week!
