This past Saturday, the Mu Beta Sigma Alumnae Chapter's Training & Development Committee brought us together for "The Power of HER: Leadership. Legacy. Impact." It was a day filled with meaningful conversations, shared experiences, and genuine encouragement.

As we listened, reflected, and connected, we were reminded that leadership isn't just about titles—it's about the way we pour into others, the example we set, and the courage to lead with authenticity wherever we are. We challenged one another, celebrated each other's journeys, and walked away inspired to continue making a difference in our homes, our communities, and our sisterhood.
