Join us in officially welcoming her to the Core Form Crew! 🎉When Mikayla’s personal Pilates journey grew into more of a passion, she decided to start teacher training through Balanced Body in Portland, Maine. She completed her reformer training earlier this year and we are so excited to have her on the team! Catch her on the schedule every other Saturday morning (and subbing in!)
