We have thought a lot about what we want our next Yoga Teacher Training to feel like. And honestly, we don’t want it to feel like just another training.

We want it to feel like a room you want to come back to.
A room where you can show up exactly as you are.
Where you can ask the questions you’ve been afraid to ask. Where you can laugh until your stomach hurts, have really honest conversations, be challenged, be supported, and maybe discover something about yourself you didn’t even know was there.

Because that’s what we’ve come to believe yoga teacher training is really about.

Yes, you’ll learn the anatomy.
The philosophy.
The asana.
The breath.
Meditation.
Sequencing.
How to actually stand in front of a room and teach.

But the deeper part, the part that matters so much to us…is what happens to you along the way.

You begin to understand your practice in a completely different way.

You become more aware of your own voice, your own patterns, your own beliefs, your own strengths and maybe even the places where you’ve been holding yourself back. And little by little, you begin to trust yourself. Thats the kind of teacher we want to help cultivate. Not someone who simply knows how to teach a yoga class.

Because we don’t believe you need to become someone else to be a good teacher. We believe you need to become more fully yourself. And we really believe there is something beautiful about doing that alongside other people.

You’ll have people beside you who are figuring it out too. People who will celebrate you, challenge you, listen to you, laugh with you, and probably see things in you that you don’t always see in yourself.

You don’t need to have it all figured out. You don’t need to be the most flexible person in the room. You don’t need to know exactly where this journey will take you.
You just need to be willing to show up, be curious, and be open to what might unfold.
