Growing up is a lot. Big feelings, changing friendships, busy school days… and somewhere in all of it, our children need space to breathe, feel heard, and know the importance of self-care 🤍

Our next children’s yoga session is starting at Buddhaful Souls Yoga Studio in Rowley by Miss Elissa. (Awesome location to drop your child off + head to TJ Maxx or Market Basket. You could even enjoy yourself in our wellness rituals or holistic spa!)

🌱 Little Souls • ages 3–8
We stretch, sing, play, breathe, and practice kindness. There is room for silliness, room for stillness, and room for every little soul to be themselves.

🌸 Soul Sisterhood • girls ages 7–12
A sweet circle to share, move, create, and grow together. A place where girls can feel supported through the messy and beautiful parts of growing up, and begin to trust their own voice.

For me, teaching children yoga is about giving them something they can turn to as they grow. Knowing how to pause and take a breath. Learning to listen to their bodies. Being kind to themselves when something feels hard. And having a place where they feel welcome exactly as they are.

I would love to welcome your child into our circle.

With love,
Miss Elissa 🤍
