We are so excited to introduce Mrs. Mika, our Strength and Flexibility Coach for her second year here at TDC!

Mrs. Mika works with our dancers to help them build the strength, flexibility, control, and body awareness they need to become stronger and more confident dancers.

Her classes are an important part of developing the dancer as a whole. We want our students to understand that becoming a great dancer is about more than just learning choreography. It is about building a strong foundation that supports technique, helps dancers safely work toward their goals, and gives them the confidence to push themselves.

We are so thankful to have Mrs. Mika bringing her knowledge and energy to TDC, and we cannot wait to see our dancers grow under her instruction!

This week, we're introducing the heart behind The Dance Connection... Ms. Katy!

From dreaming up choreography and planning exciting events to cheering on every dancer who walks through our doors, Ms. Katy is passionate about helping dancers grow in confidence, character, and technique.

Happy Labor Day!

Today we’re taking a little break to celebrate the hard work, dedication, and effort that goes into everything we do.

We hope our TDC families enjoy a relaxing long weekend with the people they love!

Our hearts are so full after welcoming both familiar faces and so many new dancers into the studio this week. Watching friendships begin, confidence grow, and smiles fill every classroom reminded us exactly why we love what we do.

Thank you to all of our amazing dance families for helping make the first week such a success. Your support, patience, and excitement mean the world to us.
