Looking to kickstart your mornings with a delicious and nutritious meal that's ready when you wake up? Try this balanced and vegetarian-friendly Berry-Banana Overnight Oats recipe! With a delightful mix of flavors and textures, this breakfast option is not only easy to prepare but also keeps you fueled for the day ahead. Give it a try and upgrade your breakfast game!
BERRY-BANANA OVERNIGHT OATS (PREPARED 8 HOURS BEFORE) (1 serving)
1 medium banana
1/4 cup plain 2% greek yogurt
1 tsp chia seeds
2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup (frozen or fresh) mixed berries
1 tbsp walnuts
1/2 cup rolled oats
Directions:
➡️ Place banana in a small bowl, and use a fork to thoroughly mash. Add yogurt; mix to combine.
➡️ Add oats, chia seeds, salt, and almond milk; mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 6 hours.
➡️ Top with mixed berries and chopped walnuts.

Start your day off right with this delicious and nutritious Peanut Butter Overnight Oats recipe! Prepared the night before, this meal is perfect for those busy mornings when you need a quick and balanced breakfast or dessert option. Plus, it's vegetarian and vegan-friendly. PEANUT BUTTER OVERNIGHT OATS (PREPARED 8 HOURS BEFORE) (1 serving)
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp peanut butter, unsalted
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup rolled oats
Directions:
➡️ In a serving container, add almond milk, chia seeds, peanut butter, and maple syrup (or other sweetener) and stir with a spoon to combine. The peanut butter doesn't need to be completely mixed with the almond milk (doing so leaves swirls of peanut butter to enjoy the next day).
➡️ Cover securely with a lid or seal and set in the refrigerator overnight (or for at least 6 hours) to set/soak.
➡️ Add fruit if you wish - enjoy!
