Playing up a year means the room for error gets a lot smaller.
Last weekend the 2018 Girls Green and 2015 Boys Green didn't just show up, they competed, battled through overtime and PK shootouts, and left everything on the field.
2018 Girls Green | Petoskey Fresh Coast Classic | Finalists
2015 Boys Green | Grosse Ile Island Cup | Champions π
Two teams. Two tournaments. Both playing up a year. That's what we call leveling up!

Performing your best when it matters most is a skill, and we're here to help you build it.
As open training and tryout weekend approach, we want to make sure every ROFC player feels prepared, not just physically, but mentally too. That's why Coach Jeff Sierra's recorded presentation, "How to be Cool, Calm and Confident During Tryout Season," is now available to all ROFC players and families.
In this 30-minute session, Coach Jeff shares four practical mental skills to help athletes reduce stress, build confidence, sharpen focus, and put their best foot forward when it counts.

One game away.
The 2013 Boys White made a run at the Jr. Irish Tournament championship this weekend. Three wins, a finals appearance, and a 2-1 loss that didn't define the weekend; it just made it more memorable. Medals, team dinners, a visit to Notre Dame, and a group of boys who played their hearts out every single minute.
That's a weekend worth celebrating.
