Cereal! Who doesn’t love it. I found this brand on-line and the macronutrients are awesome. Tons of protein - low in added sugars. I mixed chocolate and vanilla with chocolate milk! Yummy!

Common Conversions Cheat Sheet!
A food scale will always be superior to just measuring things out with measuring cups.
I’ve noticed that when using measuring cups (loosely filing to near the top), the serving sizes are about 20% more than what you think you are using.
For example, take 2tbsp of peanut butter which is 32g. Measure that with you measuring cups, you get on average 40g when you think it’s 32g.
And now imagine this across your whole diet. That could be 20% more calorie than you think you are eating.
And let’s say you are super hungry, the chances of you packing the measuring cups as much as you can, can lead to a much larger increase in how inaccurate the measuring cup is!
