Fall Full HYROX Sign Ups are LIVE!!

Our next HYROX event will be Saturday, October 17th at F45 Royersford!

Details:
Individual, Doubles, and Relay
FULL DISTANCE ONLY—a chance to challenge yourself!
Pro and Open Divisions for weights

Cost: $85 per athlete, $55 per athlete for relay teams

Our Fall Fitness and Nutrition Challenge is here!!

The challenge will run from September 28th through November 1st and will focus on the protein, water consumption, class attendance at F45, and 8K steps daily.

Cost is $50 and includes a t-shirt!
