REMINDER: OPEN MATS START TODAY! Open mats will run Mondays and Tuesdays 4-5:30 in the High School Wrestling Room. These sessions will be open to all GIRLS and BOYS in MIDDLE SCHOOL and HIGH SCHOOL.

Our 3 Day GIRLS ONLY CLINIC concluded today! We had a very strong turnout and are excited to see what the season brings! Thank you to all who came out whether it was for all 3 days or just 1 or 2!! (Here are some pictures from Day 3.) REMINDER: We will be holding OPEN MATS for BOTH BOYS and GIRLS, HIGH SCHOOL AND MIDDLE SCHOOL Mondays and Tuesdays 4-5:30pm starting this Monday, October 12th in the HS Wrestling Room. Remember to come prepared with sneakers/wrestling shoes and work out clothes.

TEAM RUN IS CANCELLED TONIGHT. (This was the last preseason run for the year.)
⭐️REMINDER: The GIRLS only clinic starts tomorrow at 3pm-4:30 in the HS Wrestling and runs Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday this week. No experience necessary. Come out and try and a new sport-you won’t regret it! This will be our first year of having an Offical Team and we are very excited to build on our tradition. Please remember to wear sneakers/wrestling shoes and work out clothes! Oh and feel free to bring a friend!

Starting ONE WEEK from today…..Monday, October 5, Tuesday the 6th and Wednesday the 7th we will be holding a GIRLS ONLY Clinic in the HS wrestling room from 3-4:30. This is a great time to come see what the excitement is all about and try out wrestling if you have been thinking about it! Remember to wear sneakers or wrestling shoes and workout attire. Then, starting on Monday, October 12th we will be holding preseason practices every Monday and Tuesday from 3-4:30 in the wrestling room for BOTH BOYS AND GIRLS!
